ALEAP is the authorized training center for NSIC Training cum Incubation center (NSIC -TIC)
National small Industries Corporation(NSIC) is working to fulfil its mission of promoting aiding and fostering the growth of Micro,Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the country.
One of the Programmes being implemented by NSIC is to create self-employment opportunities by imparting training in entrepreneurshio building and skill development to the unemployed people who want to set up their small enterprises in this any of the manufacturing / services sectors or seek employment opportunities. For purpose. NSIC is operating Technical and incubation Centres at various locations across the country in order to expand its reach and impart such training to large number of unemployed people, NSIC proposes to set up a number of franchise NSIC-TIC under Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode in the country.
NSIC Training -cum-incubation Centres provide an opportunity for first generation entrepreneurs to acquire skill on basic technical trades and gain exposure in all areas of business operations such as business skills development, identification of appropriate technology hands on experience on working projects, project/ product section, opportunity guidence including commercial aspects of business.
In these NSIC-TICs, which consists of basic training and incubator facilities offering skill development training on basis trades and in the incubator facilities low cost projects technologies for setting up new enterprises shall be displayed in working condition. For example , projects like Toilet Paper Roll, Soya Milk Project, Candle Making, Bakery, Concrete Bricks Manufacturing, Nail Making Socks Knitting, Paper Cup & Plate making, Packaging, Spices , Oil Extraction etc. Service sector based projects like Fashion Designing, Mobile Phone Repairing, Embroidery, Boutique, Beauty Parlour, Health & Fitness Centre, SoftToys Manufacturing etc. Shall be displayed in these NSIC-TICs shall also include any other products or services, which can be marketed in the local markets. The basic training facilities cater to skill development in basic trades such as Plumber,Electrician, Sheet metal & Welding, Computer, Machinist, Fitter, Turner etc. Further aditional trades based on th local requirements can be added
