Atma Nirbhar Bharat, (Self-Reliant India) is a policy, the team is coined by Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi for making India “a bigger and more important part of the Global Economy” pursuing policies that are efficient, competitive and resilient, and being self-sustaining and self-generating.
Under this the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana state initiated the 2 month long Atma Nirbhar Self-Employment Training Programme for Raj Bhavan Parivar Women at Raj Bhavan Community Hall. The training is being given by Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of India. 40 Women were trained and they are self-employed and ALEAP is handholding Marketing of their products.

INDUSTRIES APPRENTISHIP INITIATIVE (IAI)
Department of Employment & Training, Government of Telangana has nominated ALEAP-India and it was selected as a Industry Cluster (IC) for Implementation of Industry Apprenticeship Initiative (IAI) program under STRIVE Scheme of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt of India as National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) under Pilot Program and we have started four courses i.e. Production / Machine Operator, Specialized Sewing Machine Operator (SSMO), Quality Control Chemist, Solar Panel Installation Technician

SKILL DEVELOPMENT – NABARD
Under NABARD, ALEAP has done LEDP Skill Training Programs at Meepeta, Siddipeta, Patancheru in Telangana State and at Surampally in Andhra Pradesh with 90 candidates in each centre under Textile Sector.
